Sensible time management is crucial. On the one hand, you want to earn much. On the one hand, you want to spend your time with your family or doing spiritual activities close to your heart. Learning to use your time wisely will prove beneficial for years to come.

Set Goals

Advocates of careful time management say, "It is impossible to make good use of your time without a set of well-defined goals."

Here are the criteria on setting goals:

1. Be SPECIFIC - When you say specific, it is well defined, clear, and precise. When you are a freelancer, instead of saying "I want to be one of the best in my chosen niche", say it as ' I want to be one of the best administrative assistant.'

2. Make it MEASURABLE - By doing this, I can chart my progress. Goals should make me stretch and grow to be one of the best admin support of all times.

3. It should be ACHIEVABLE and REALISTIC - My personal abilities, skills and available time must be taken into consideration. Taking action is a must. Be resourceful, be trained. As for me, I enrolled in a Freelancing Course through Filipino Virtual Assistance to be more skilled in this sector of job. For some, more time may be required to accomplish the goal.

5. Needs to be TIMED - Setting a date for accomplishing something may well increase motivation to get it done. Set a deadline. For every weekly portfolio, if the deadline is on Sunday midnight, I will work for it ahead of time as I can. I should finish doing that before the Sunday midnight and it includes saving of time so you won't need to rush doing so.

Set an Appointed Time

Having an appointed time for things allows me to do them in an orderly manner. Avoid procrastinating and rushing around at the last minute. Don't overschedule yourself, trying to do too many things in too short period of time.

1. List the things you need to do - estimate how much time you spend on each task, eliminate unnecessary tasks from your list.

2. Prioritize - prioritize your tasks by numbering them in order of importance. You can keep a calendar of important professional and personal appointments and events, whether it's a desk planner or smartphone app, choose the type that will be easiest for you to maintain.Asking myself, 'What must I do?' and 'What I like to do?' , 'What absolutely has to be done?', What are some things can safely be put off later?' help me finish my job before a deadline.

Don't make your profession your obsession. Make sure of the important things. Focus on the bigger picture.

During this CoVid19 pandemic, I wasn't able to go outside and do the activities I am busy with before this Enhanced Community Quarantine happened. So this makes me use the very precious time to take the opportunity to be a trained virtual assistant enrolling in a Freelancing Course. This pandemic can't stop me for being productive enough in using my time.
